All orders are carefully packed and sent with tracking.

• Germany: 2–4 business days
• EU: 4–7 business days
• International: 7–14 business days

Shipping costs are shown at checkout. Free shipping within Germany on orders over €500.

Returns

You have 14 days from delivery to return an item for any reason.

Return conditions:

• Item must be in its original condition (unworn, unwashed)
• Return must be sent within the 14-day window
• Please contact us before sending the item back

Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll refund the purchase price within 5 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your package arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately. We'll resolve it quickly and without hassle.
